- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Stay away. They said that I was preapproved, then they changed their mind. They pulled my credit, so there's nothing to hide. Then they said I could get approved with a cosigner, and that didn't work either. They made my contractor rewrite his estimate 6 times because of minor issues that weren't ok with them. Something as simple as the tax being included, instead of a separate line. They take way too much time. I had to pay for 3 extensions. They keep losing my documents, and asking me to resend them. My contractor and realtor said that they have never worked for such an irresponsible lender.By Joshua Schaffer, November 25, 2016
