  Been waiting to get into court for an hour already. The officers won't even get up let alone help anyone this court house is completely pointless!!

  This CORPORATION, ACTING as a Constitutional Article 3 Court, operates under and enforces the "COLOR of LAW". They deprive any and everyone of "DUE PROCESS of LAW". They do not operate under the Constitution for the United States of America Republic, nor do they operate under the Constitution for the Ohio State Republic. They are USURPERS practicing EUROPEAN CHRISTIAN COLONIAL FREE MASONRY, via SLAVERY, UNLAWFUL INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE, RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION and DENATIONALIZATION of the Aboriginal/Indigenous people misnomered Negro, Black, Colored and African American.. Furthermore, the Clerk of Court, Eric J. Rothgery, DOES NOT have a lawful oath to office and neither does Judges Gary C. Bennett, Lisa A. Locke Graves and Magistrate Richard K. Schwartz, for their oaths end with the PRAYERS "So help me God" or "This I do as I shall answer unto God", making their oath RELIGIOUS, violating Article 6 of the United States Constitution and the Statutes at Large. Under Ohio Revised Code 149.43, Ohio Sunshine Laws or Ohio Open Records Act, I have requested personally and in writing for the Oath of office and Bond of the Clerk of Court, Eric J. Rothgery. Sewveral times this lawful request has been denied or flat out unanswered. These people, all the way down to the Bailiff are TREASONOUS violators of the United States Constitution and should he held responsible according to the penalties of TREASON in a lawful constitutional forum. If you are looking to have the rights guaranteed to you by the constitution upheld in the ELYRIA MUNICIPAL COURT CORPORATION, then I suggest you have your cases removed to an Article 3 Constitutional Court because to the Natural Persons that operate at the ELYRIA MUNICIPAL COURT CORPORATION find the United States Constitution to be a stumbling block to their color of law EXTORTION SCHEME.
